It integrates 17 industrial verticals including steel, concrete, TBMs, HVDC transmission, desalination, green molecules, chip fabrication, and data infrastructure.
The People’s CTMP is the public-facing structural pivot: a civic declaration that this must be built in a way that stays tariff-governed and resistant to capture.
